The conference will be held on Monday,  March 30 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Boston Marriot Quincy, 1000 Marriot Drive, Quincy MA.  Food waste accounts for the majority of municipal solid waste and significantly contributes to the  country’s methane emissions as it decomposes in landfills.
